You can't use bat999's rtmpdump script!! because the rtmpe link has "auth" string and cannot be used 5min after is generated!! You should get a new auth string for your self!!

Using the HOSTS redirection method in Windows to RTMPSRV gives me this error:

Using the REDIRECT method in Ubuntu to RTMPSRV gives the same result:

but if I use RTMPDumpHelper it works:

The only differences I can see is the server handshake, anyone have a clue why one program works and the recommended methods don't?

Also does anyone know how these -y playlist strings are being generated? Theres nothing obvious on the XML page: http://ais.channel4.com/asset/3376664?1346634890 , unless I'm missing something?

I've tried, but without success. :(

4OD has changed thing a bit i got this email this week
