I was successfully using the Tubedigger tempfree key until I had to reformat my system, I was hoping it was still available but noticed it isn't anymore . Is there any other ideas on how I can download flirt4free VOD's now?

Just tested this and was able to record Flirt4Free PERFECTLY Replay Media Catcher

Tested it on 3 different videos, they recorded and played back PERFECTLY

BTW - this "slinda" chick is pretty cute - Try out RMC on her :)

P.S. Not Freeware, sorry - but definitely worth the purchase price. :)

I just tested it, it worked fine for me (24 hours ago, and again just now)



As a REMINDER - if you ARE recording something, it's 100% for YOUR personal "use" only - not to be shared or uploaded online for the world to see.

Having said that, RMC works just fine - took this screen shot 30 seconds agpo

RMC will grab public, as will RTMPdumphelper and GETflv. None of those will grab privs. They all stop as soon as the show goes priv. If you hit reprocess on RMC4, it halts until the show ends and she comes back, and then resumes. They've raised the bar on that one.

Though I did see a few people recently saying on another anonymous board that they are still grabbing F4F privs, so apparently it's not THAT hard.

You aren't missing anything. The guys are just bragging that they can cap F4F privs. Methods are not posted. I don't link it here because most sites like these have rules against that.

Can anyone help me with this? Downloaded flvs from most of flirt's servers now are unplayable and unfixable. After repeated inquiries to the experts on this board no one will answer or help.

So I did some digging on my own and located this thread from january of this year that says the bug is in rtmpdump:

My investigation showed that the problem mostly appeared in live video streams that were broadcasted with Flash 11 client in h264 codec. Debug session (on windows machine :-() showed that the problem happens when many first chunks has 0 time stamps so there's a trigger for realloc just before buffer overflow. The reallocation doesn't consider the first 13 bytes of the header that exists in the buffer and that's how 13 bytes get vaporized. It forces next chunk to start in incorrect offset and the stream becomes unplayable.

He goes on to offer a fix that appears to be in some pre-compiled file (rtmp.c). Anyone know how I can incorporate this fix into a KSV build or a current rtmpdump build so the flvs I obtain aren't useless?

I know this isn't what u're asking for but instead of using what is, imo, a very difficult to use rtmpdump, use tubedigger 4.3.5 and it's a guaranteed way to download the videos, and they're playable and not broken.

Replay Media Catcher 5 works great with Flirt4free. I just retested it today.

For Private chats, you may need Replay Video Capture. I didn't test those, but Replay Video Capture will work forever, with any protocol since it is a screen recorder.

When you say Replay media Catcher 5 works great with flirt4free, do you mean with the VODs? Also, do you have to stay on the VOD page like you would with Replay Video Capture to get the whole clip or does it work like real media catcher normally would for the VODs?

I know I have Replay media catcher 4 and it does not work with the flirt4free VODs at all. I also have RTMPDump v 2.4. I have tried adding it as a plugin to Replay media catcher 4 in hopes that it will make catching the fllirt4free VODs possible. Does anyone know how I should input this in the plugin box or if this would even make catching the VODs possible? Also does anyone know of any other ways to make Real Media Catcher 4 able to catch the flirt4free VODs?

Good to know, but I am actually referring to the VODs. Does replay media catcher 5 work for the VODs and/or is there a way to make real media catcher 4 work for the VODs.

Also if they do work, how do they work? As in do you have to be on the page of the stream for the stream to continue to download or no?

Hey awesome people. :)

My main system is a Mac with OS X Yosemite. I've been struggling for months (literally) to get any Terminal (bash/zsh/other) application mix working, that doesn't require many steps (I'm happy with terminal scripts, anything programmatic, but don't want to use an "app" for this ideally). Or if I do, something that preferably actually works on the Mac.

My experience is as follows:
* I can record f4f using screen capturing, obviously, Screenflick works really well

* The "equivalent" of GetFLV for Mac, called Mac Video Downloader does not store cookies, crashes every time I try to close it. VOD recording barely ever works, live streams do work but stopping them and keeping them is difficult and requires many steps

* I've tried rtmpdump (through rtmpsrv and rtmpsuck) with the Mac firewall settings using:

pass out on en0 route-to lo0 inet proto tcp from en0 to any port 1935 keep state
' | sudo pfctl -ef -
Then running either rtmpsuck or rtmpsrv - neither of which works, even after I remove the above rule with:
sudo pfctl -F all -f /etc/pf.conf

I'm at a complete dead-end.

I have a username, password and credits on f4f. Just looking to record free (and perhaps private) streams that I watch (although the private ones aren't much of a concern for me) as well as the VOD that I have access to.

As a sidenote, Chaturbate works and I use CaptureBate (a python app) for that. I'm looking, ideally, at something that records any live f4f stream and any VOD stream that I start playing on my Chrome/Safari browser.

Is there any way at all? Has anyone, ever, managed to make it for, with a specific set of instructions, app/script mix?

I'd really really appreciate any input here or in a message.

Hey. :) Anybody able to help with this in the end? I'm not looking to get free videos (I have a valid account), just looking (using ideally rtmpdump and the accompanying Terminal utilities) to save on my computer the VOD I own and public/private shows I view.

Mac Video Downloader does this but it keeps crashing, doesn't do sessions, takes forever and defaults to iPad view etc - plus I can't use my preferred browser.

Ideally, something for f4f (flirt4free) as the Capturbate project???

The rooms have timeouts though if you aren't messaging the model.

There's just a couple of models that I'm interested in and I can't find a way to actually download vod without account.
