i didnt change a thing in between updates, so it must be the program.

but what version are you using? and if its v17.2 how do you updated? through the program (with the 2 mb exe file) or you downloaded the 50 mb exe file?

I updated from 17.1 to 17.2 via the program's updater. I can't explain why one day something works and the next it doesn't. That is up to the user to determine what they did/didn't do.

It can't be the program, as it works for myself, along with a lot of other people. You, your brother, your sister, your father, your mother, your boss, your son, your daughter, you goldfish could have blocked 443 on your router. Go check what is using 443. Skype tends to try to take control over 443. Do some investigation into what you're doing. Perhaps close every other open program that you can from within your task manager? Check via cmd using "netstat -b -a" to see what program could be blocking your access.

well i tried everything the error is saying and still dont work.
it could be basically a automatic message error with just "words" that doesn't make any sence. if not, how this is possible?

its simple, in a minute downloads 100% and after update it wont.

if we are guiding through what the message says (but i believe that is a automatically error message with just "words" and there is no error on my pc at all) in previous versions the program didn't use port 443 (since i said multiple time and i say again i was ABLE to download in v17, but unfortunatly it could create the mp4) and now with v17.2 the program start to use 443 port.

i hope you see where the problem is and not simply make updates every day just to go-around a problem and make a new one.

uninstall the program, download/install an older version, (do NOT update it) and test it.. It will tell you if the problem is on you PC or the program "changes".

It is working fine for me though.

obviously i tried older versions to see if i have the same problem, and of course it isn't.

the oldest version that i tested was today and it was v15.61 (when i think that starts to be implemented the 4500k option) and like v17 i was able to download 100% (but if you care and see at the end of page 8 and beggining of page 9) but t does not generate a mp4 file.

and i tried v16, v16.1, v16.21 and every version does what v15.61 and v17 does, only download but no mp4 file.

and i asked for help regarding the fact that i cant generate the mp4 file.

then the developer make a new update v17.2 and this error message appear (443 port etc), now i cant even download and with that, i cant know for sure if the mp4 generator works or not.

so what did you think? its totally a program problem. why between v15.61 and v17 it works downloading and not on v17.2? its so simple, think a little bit ok?

its so many questions that the developer needs to clarify.

if only someone could send me the complete folder of his computer (and say what version it is) just to test once and for all if there is a problem in my computers, it would be great.

i dont think that i need to say much, it pure logic what i wrote and if you all think you see that there is a problem with a program (that is totally weard with alot uppercase letters and with a mix of spanish and english on all the program, its a mess)

but im view content right now in firefox using hola unblocker.

your program dont seem to use a us proxy to get the content. what do i need to do to make it work. do i need to put a proxy in the box or use the txt or dont use proxies (since the default option "use online proxies" dont seem to work)

Ask WWE. For sure its related to not have a premium account. And there is no problem with the proxies. And think you're the only person with this problem. Then?

thanks for the corrections.
now its downloading, no 443 port error no xml error nothing. so i was right. now lets hope it can make the mp4 files, since this was my initial problem. in a few moments i come back here to say something.

edit: finnaly the mp4 was created. lets hope that no one has more issues.

edit2: i noticed that its using multiple proxys, in like 10 sec the proxy changes. is it normal? because the program stops/freezes alot of times (but keeps working background). and besides that, it going really slow (1.5 mb ~) before was more high (5 mb ~). but thats a issue of the isp perhaps. but its working fine.

I am having no issues. Been downloading for a couple months. Only tging I wish I could change is in the update notes it would say in english what was changed. Also maybe have it where I don't have to pick the folder everytime I open the program.

Try opening the options.ini file in the main program directory and at the beginning, add
so the file would end up looking like
if you donated, or else it'll probably just include the directory that you picked. Obviously, E:\ can be any directory, that's just what I picked.

Proxies are used automatically, but if you have vpn access select no proxies.

Please, could someone help me with the problem i have with Atres.
A lot of the Network Videos work just fine. But for some reason more and more are not.
After the "4500k", "3000k" ... download possibilitys poppt up, all i can download are the first 5sec, than Atres tell me, the download process is finished. And thats it. No matter how often i try.

Exampels are:
Clash of Champions 20,23...
Elimination Chamber 2014
WM rewind - macho Madness
Main Event February 26th 2014

and so on.

I use the Network from Germany with the help of unlocator.com

Try without the unlocator, the program uses their own proxies. I've tried with http://network.wwe.com/video/v32534731 and works good

Sorry, for me works, i think you must "reset" your network settings and dont use the unlocator. Try several times, although for me goes at first

My solution to most problems with this great program - uninstall and delete out the C:\Atresdownloader folder then re-install it ;)

I downloaded the new update (17.2) and when I open it, the 'Hay una version nueva' pops up with a bunch of code, I exit out of that and then it says 'Actualizar' and I hit yes, it gives the option for a full update and I hit yes.

And it idles for a few seconds and I get this error message 'Adobe HDS no funciona no podras descargar f4m'

I'm not sure what that means and no matter what I do next, the program closes/crashes on me.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Has anyone else seen the error "Channel not supported or corrupted module"? I have the latest version of the software, but I continue to get this error every time I paste a URL from the Network in to download. I have tried uninstalling, deleting the Atresdownloader folder and reinstalling, but continue to get this error.

For some reason there is something blocking the access to the net and then the errors. Please check:

- firewall rights
- antivir
- all like this

Well, I have checked all these points with no success.
I have tried a lot of WWE Network downloads. The error occures not at all downloads, sometimes they work, sometimes not.
The later additions to the SNME Section do have these errors.
