I discovered something interesting.

I had to:

1. Install version 17.3.
2. Launch program and skip the update.
3. Input credentials for UFC.
4. Paste URL into URL field.
5. Verify login is working and the links are pulling the m3u8 links.
3. Exit program.
4. Launch program and select the automatic update to version 18.1

If that doesn't work, try to sign into UFC.tv first, then do the steps above.

UPDATE 2017 04 21:

This did not work by signing into UFC.TV with Chrome, but
DID work when FIRST signing into UFC.TV using Firefox 53.0 (32-bit) and
THEN launching ADownloader.
