Re: GetFLV - Troubleshooting many problems with GFLV ...

Hello, I recently purchased the newest version of GetFLV and for some reason it doesn't want to download the whole file. It seems as if the smaller the file is the more of it it downloads. The files always stop at 99% for some reason. Then when i go to play them only about half the file maybe a little more is there. Is there something wrong with GetFLV? I have tried this on multiple files as well. Please help get this fixed. Thank You

Hello. I'm running version 9.6.2.5 and am having trouble with this stream in that only the video portion gets captured. Will there also be support for sites like NBC, Fox, Team Coco, truTV, TBS, Netflix, etc. in the future? Thank you.

Does nobody not answer to this thread anymore. It's been almost 1 week now and I still have had no response from GetFLV. I've already emailed numerous times to. Still wondering if the new version GetFLV 9.6.2.3 is gonna be getting fixed? Thank You

I've been dealing with this too for the last few weeks getting M3U8 streams and the problem seems the segments are being downloaded even after the decryption key or session expires, which explains GetFLV indicating "99%" completed but results in an incomplete file as only the decrypted segments can be merged.

I just tried the new version and that version is also doing the same thing. All my downloads are still getting stuck at 99%. I dont know what is wrong or going on. No matter what I try to download it stops at 99%

Re: GetFLV - Troubleshooting many problems with GFLV ...

I’m hoping someone can help me.

Running Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
Have installed Flash 12.0.0.77
Have installed GetFLV 9.6.2.9

Since around the first of the year, have been unable to capture any viable stream from CBS.com (using IE Kernel or Chrome KernelSafari Kernel and Android Kernel are not an option as CBS.com doesn’t allow full episodes to be selected)

I get 2 or 3 F4M Streams. After being prompted for the stream (374K/508K/819K/1322K/1963K) for one of them, no matter what stream I chose, the FLV Downloader screen shows a 252KB file for a one-hour episode (when I normally see something around 220Mb for a one-hour episode). Every download Stalls at 99%.

Other F4M streams, when selected to download produces the error F4M “File Parse Failed! Please try again”.

I have now been missing capturing CBS shows because they are "rolling off" without me being able to capture them before they disappear from the site.

I had originally sent an email to 'support@getflv.net' at the end of January, and again at the beginning of this month - I haven't received any replies to the emails. Is this forum preferred over the emails?

Let me know if you need any additional info

cbs US now using hds w/akamai drm, although rtmp support is still there underlying (but who knows for how long).

maybe use avgo free video downloader for cbs while getflv is not working?

Re: GetFLV - Troubleshooting many problems with GFLV ...

AVGO does appear to work for CBS.com... for now, though it saves the stream as an MP4 instead of FLV. Good quality capture.
