Then you didn't update to the most recent version, as 16.2 just closed, however 16.21 fixed it.

Re: Atresdownloader - WWE Network support?

I think it's from Malwarebytes's ignorance

Well, let's take a look

Quote:

Trojan-Dropper

A type of trojan that drops one or more malware onto a system. A typical trojan-dropper is a file that contains other files (its payload) compressed inside its body. In many cases, trojan-droppers also contain innocent files or multimedia files to disguise malicious activities.

When a trojan-dropper is run, it extracts all the files in its payload ad drops the extracted files to a folder (usually a temporary folder) on the system. It then runs all the dropped files simultaneously.

Trojan-droppers are usually created by special programs called 'joiners'. These programs allow the malware author to customize the trojan-dropper's functionalities and to add as many files as needed into the package.

Re: Atresdownloader - WWE Network support?

hey people, can anyone give me a little help?

im currently with v17 (not 17.1) version of the program.

i put the login info and wwe box and put the link and click "paste url" button and it checks the login info and check videos and gives the buttons from 1200k to 4500k options.

i select 4500k and it starts the download and when it reaches 100% nothing happens and the temporary folder and files from the download folder disappears, and i check the disk space and its like it completed eliminated and i cant find anywhere on the disk.

what i suppose to do to make this go perfect?

its not working eather.

i open the program again and it ask for update and it download and i install and still have the same situation. it gets 100% and the temp files and temp mp4 dissapears.

besides, how do all the updates are like 50 mb and 17.1 is only 2 mb? i think there is something wrong there. and if i download and install 17.1 alone (download directly) after install it says that are 2 dll missing and it wont start. the 17.1 only works if you have the 17 version installled first (and update 17-17.1 while its open).

can you please clear this up?

Can you put the url? With a test one it works. And the 17.1 is only an update of the main exe like the info tells you.

http://network.wwe.com/video/v31327261

it gives all the options to download, but i only tested on 4500k.

i dont know if its only a problem with that option.

can you please give a try and see if you get it?

edit: but i found that on add/remove programs it has 2 different version (17 and 17.1). i thought an update would replace the program in the add/remove in control panel.

edit2: in this case for wwenetwork, its only necessary the login info and the link, or its necessary to change anything regardin the proxys.
its the default option (use online proxies) the one that works in this case or i have to change something here (use the txt or no proxies)?

Re: Atresdownloader - WWE Network support?

It works. Can you see if in the downloads folder appears your file? The temp folder is erased and the muxed file must appear in "last downloaded" tab.

* Proxies are used automatically, so if you are in US select no proxies or use it for anonimity
* Add/remove programs -> this doesn't matter for now but i'll see to improve it

ok thanks. lets see how it goes.
but where is the tab of "last download"?

and during the download i check the folder and i see a temp folder (wwe1985typem3u8_4500.mp4dir) with all the .ts files and besides that folder there is two mp4 files. (wwe1985typem3u8_4500.mp4 and wwe1985typem3u8_4500.mp4.2)

is this normal?

after download it shows this:

and like you said, in the last downloaded tab there is the mp4 file but i click and vlc opens but gets a error (because the file is not on the download folder).

can you say if in the proxy option i need to put something or i keep the box empty and keep "use online proxies"?

Well, check:

1- you have in your atresdownloader/tools the file ffmpeg.exe
2- your antivirus or anything similar are not blocking his run

try deactiving antivirus, if present, and give a3w.exe admin rights

ok i will try those things, but right now im getting the 3000k version just to see if it works. then i do those things and restart the app.

the only solution i see is if you could send me all the instalation folder from your computer to replace my folder.

corre 07-08-2014 07:04 AM

Re: Atresdownloader - WWE Network support?

download the 3000k version and the same problem all files disappear but in the last downloaded tab the file is there when clicked vlc gives the error because there is no file.

ok now i deactivated the antivirus, put allow in the firewall from both a3w.exe and ffmpeg.exe .admin priveleges to a3w.exe and ffmpeg.exe. now lets see if it works. i will say in a few minutes.

please, go to cmd (command line dos) and go then to the atresdownloader folder (something like cd C:\atresdownloader or so) and run "dir atresdownloader\*.* /S >dir.txt".

Send me this file dir.txt through some free upload service.

here it is. i hope it helps. the system is portuguese language, i hope is not a problem.

if we could find a solution, we could try to replace all the folder with the one you have on your computer. that way i thing is the easiest part.

edit: one more question, it is normal that everytime i open the program it ask to select the download folder?

Re: Atresdownloader - WWE Network support?

Ok, manually open with notepad.exe for example the options.ini and delete everything writing only something like

downloads=C:\Atresdownloader\downloads;

then restart and check pushing change download's folder that it's ok. Try after some wwe video (you must insert anew the login's parameters)

i kept only that stuff on the options file and i opened again the program and it didt ask for the folder again. but if i want to change the folder to another, in the options file its just a mess (it didnt replace the location there, just writes after the command even without ";" i saw a few times the expression "downloads=downloads=" so you have to make a few changes regarding this replacements)

but i dont understand the last part.

Try after some wwe video (you must insert anew the login's parameters)

the login parameters are saved and automatically inserted after i change the box to wwe.

Re: Atresdownloader - WWE Network support?

now i reinstalled v17 and i see that you make a new update 17.2, but even with the things you said before (admin rights firewall antivurus etc), there is no solution.

but one thing that changed was that i now tried to download a smaller file in 4500k after reached 100% the temp folder is still there and the mp4 files dissapear (before with 17.1 everything dissapeared).

its starts to be a really problem here.

would be more simple just send me the complete folder from your computer?

Sorry, delete the options.ini and rerun the a3w.exe from 17.2. Select the folder the program offers.

before this last message you sent i manage to finnaly get a mp4 4500k file from a backstage video (the smallest ones), and i was trying now the ones i was trying before and a message appears like you hare saying now. it says:

The crypt-key can't be obtained. May be you're blocking the port 443.

and it does not start. and when i close the program says its a "download in progress, abort?" message.

of course im not blocking any port since 20 minutes ago i managed to make a mp4 file. so maybe you are trying to fix it on that side. i hope the message helps.

denobis 07-08-2014 10:36 AM

Re: Atresdownloader - WWE Network support?

If the message appears then you're blocking someway the port 443 and the crypt files cannot be downloaded. Check your firewall.

denobis 07-08-2014 10:48 AM

Re: Atresdownloader - WWE Network support?

Maybe another application it's using this port, reboot the pc and check that your port 443 works

it impossible. like i said 20 minutes before you posted that post saying to try again and see if a message appear i did get a mp4 file.
after i saw that post i get that message of 443 port.

it must be a coincidence that you ask me if a message appear and you were correct.

in that time (between my download and your post) i didn't do anything (reboot cpu or router or whatever), so you must make something wrong on that side. i even remove the program, folder, admin priveleges and firewall. then install all over and do the same priveleges and firewall and the same is happening.

what we need is to somebody else say that have the same problem so you can figure it out...

Thanks, i forgot this feature which is very simple but useful sometimes. In the next update it will be possible to paste even direct manifests.

Re: Atresdownloader - WWE Network support?

so here is the situation:

i once again completed removed all things regarding the program (control panel and folders) and started to install v17.0 and not update to 17.2, so i could see if i could download something. and i did download, but the problem of disappearing the folder and mp4 persists, so i restarted the program and let it update to 17.2. after update i canot longer download, saiyng that 443 port is blocking.

so denobis, what can you say about this?

in a previus version, the port is open and in the new version the port is now locked? can you explain this?

it is obvious that you have to correct a few things in the program.

its strange that anybody said anything about this is today.

corre 07-09-2014 02:46 AM

Re: Atresdownloader - WWE Network support?

today i give a try again on the program the problem still the same, but now the message is different.

how can this got worse from yesterday to today?
i didnt change a thing regarding ports in v17 and v17.1 (the only problem was that didnt create mp4 files, but still downloaded) and now on v17.2 doesn't even download because of a port not open?

and try another computer is a solution?

if it was working (downloading at least) before it as to work now, dont you think?

ps: i tried with new shows and old shows, so its in all videos perhaps.

Re: Atresdownloader - WWE Network support?

I'd like to mention that I am having none of this 443, which is SSL, port blocking. I'm currently downloading something that was put up within the last week, and just finished something from launch. There is nothing wrong with the program, it is something on your end Corre.
