Did you bump the thread so that you could tell us how to decrypt Hulu rips done using UVD? :-)

I was able to download and watch the 3200K hulu streams using UVD on a first gen ipad IOS 5.1.1 but when I moved the files over to my windows pc I had to use this command line prompt ffmpeg -i 3200.m3u8 -c copy test.ts doing this will give you the full tv show in one file but it will have the advertising and the audio is out of sync as well. I don't know how to get rid of the ads or fix the sync but you will have a full quality rip of the show. I believe the same can be accomplished with ffmpeg -i "3200.m3u8" -c:v copy -c:a copy -f mpegts test.ts I have not tested this yet but, I have my doubts it will fix the audio sync issue. If anyone knows how to properly do these hulu rips with UVD please help.

Higher streams have to be captured with a lossless video capture card via hdmi over a PS3 etc. There is no decrypting past standard definition because there is no key for decryption.

I have an Avermedia Game Capture HD II, but I don't know how to capture from Netflix, because the episodes always start with low quality and a few seconds later they get to 1080p. Also, the Netflix app on PS3 always pops up a "Next Episode" screen when the ending credits are about to start.

yes you may being editing 3200.m3u8 removing blocks having advertising ts pieces. you yes should being seeing

EXT-X-DISCONTINUITY

when the blocking starting ending

then yes saving 3200.m3u8 and using ffmpeg. output should not having ad and sync being good.
