Guys you all hotstar fans, do you know any free vpn software which can be used to download the blocked videos in hotstar.com

Example this video does not play it is geo-blocked.

I got the exact solution why hotstar reduced quality for 1 day. That was because of starsports.com live streaming of cricket World cup semifinal. Starsports already said that there could be some problems due to the over loading of people watching cricket on starsports.com . So they made up for extra bandwidth from other videos and now that its over they are back to HD.
