They only make spam posts because low quality software can't become known by the word of mouth.

You know the IP address and the domain of the spammer. So you can contact their ISP and web-hosting provider and their accounts will be banned.

Completely agree. They did not abide by their refund contract until I threatened legal action. Then they were speedy with a return.
