Fantastic and so simple.

So to conclude and summarize the approach for the wat.tv videos of the TF1/LCI group:
- copy the link from a fragment of the video. Example :

https://das-q1-ssl.tf1.fr/2/USP-0x0/82/65/13618265/ssm/13618265.ism/dash/13618265-video=1200353-3.m4s?
- Replace the end of the link from dash by video_ID.mpd

Youtube-dl will do the rest
