.@@@ - is just an incomplete recording of FLV Recorder. The latter software seems to be able to record .FLV streams only.

H.264 (MPEG-4 AVC) is a just video codec. Containters like .AVI, .MKV, .MP4, .OGM as well as .FLV do support H.264 video.

So if you have any URLs where I can get h.264 .flv streaming videos or whatever other h.264 videos that FLV Recorder can handle (whether properly or not), please post the links here or PM them to me.
