I can tell you that.

syntax error so far.

This is what I'm getting when I split rtmpdump params on multiple lines without ending each line with ^, for example.

cmd.exe error message.

some special characters have to be typed 2 times, quotation signs not used, etc.

google for:
"is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file."
