Thank you. I did that, but when I go to look at Web Developer> Page Source, and search for mp4, nothing comes up at all.

Never mind. I have figured it out.

1) In Safari go to the "today" page, and select a single video to "Watch Now" which will open the URL for that video to play.
2) Show developer page source.
3) Under "frames" folder and "player.vimeo.com" file, search for "mp4".

These are the instructions I was looking for. I would rather do it this way than install software. Thank you all for your help!

you don't need to do anything with the web dev page. just open blockable items using adbockplus in firefox and filter for mp4. you will see your link.

We have given you many examples and methods to work with. This community is not about spoon-feeding links, but rather about helping you acquire the tools and knowledge to do your own ripping.

Yes, I understand that you all do not wish to spoon feed, which is why I have made efforts to understand and try the different methods.

I did try your suggestion. But I do not see any mp4 links.

I would need step by step instructions, like go to ABP drop down to "open blockable items" and search for "mp4". However, I still see no mp4 anywhere within ABP.

yes vimeo also having dash sending being default. if you yes seeing mpd and small segment sending then vimeo sending in dash mode and then you no being seeing mp4.
