Sorry for the mistake. Of course if you use DirectShowSource or Open it with any plug-in, you get an uncompressed file. And obviously "The direct stream copy" will leave it uncompressed.

Also Yamb can convert MOV to MP4 losslessly.

Thank you. But I encounter the same problem (A/V slightly out of synch) as described in my last post.

You might convert MOV to a more common format like AVI
As for the solution, I suggest try Faasoft MOV to AVI Converter or Format Factory (www.pcfreetime.com).

They should get you through what you have, and basically converts anything to anything so you shouldn’t have any problem finding something that works.
