youtube-dl shows 720*576 file only 1.64 gib but direct link gives same resolution in 2 Gib

OK. I got that. That means we can only download 396*224 resolution.

Any thing other than ffmpeg to download. I would have to wait for the full video to download and i cant wait till the video to finish. It would be better like livestreamer that i play as i download.
