Hmmm i did read somewhere that it my be malware. i didn't change any settings and not quite familiar with how to go about it i wood really appreciate if you point me in the direction of a tutorial

if it is not necessary then no need to remove it, i just don't like being called a scammer that is not way i am here :)

This means the RTMP server could not be reached. But even if the connection between server and client is blocked, there should be a connection attempt [visible with rtmpsuck]. I don't know why this is not happening in your case.
