I using yuor parameters but this not work...
ERROR: rtmp server requested close

vlc works with a direct link vlc rtmp://flash.cdn.deluxemusic.tv/deluxemusic.tv-live/web_850.stream without any parameter

no one sees resolve?

Under linux ubuntu did not work, under windows xp did not work when I use rtmpdump, working with vlc under linux and windows

i think you not need proxy or vpn

which version of rtmpdump you use?

use that https://github.com/K-S-V/Scripts/releases and test again
