Maybe there is no need to include audio chunks while trying to joining other chunks! So, do not add audio chunks! ;) May works!

Search this whole forum for neulion posts and you will find some directions to get it with ipad agent and livestreamer. You have to get a fresh token with your ipad agent setting. I checked your video and it works. I would've downloaded it but your video is over 4GB.
