you could set to "part of the whole" is observed and so see the corresponding records.

Sorry, it's actually a geographical block, rather than a premium thing.

That's not really a geo lock. The song is just not available on deezer.
You can see it here: Deezer API

My downloader doesn't care about region locks. If a song is available anywhere, it can be downloaded.
