Re: How to download stream from Yahoo Screen?so I think I have finding the links (.m3u8 etc) down thanks to this thread!
Would someone please explain what the best way to record/capture and view a live stream both at the same time? I would think if I was watching in my browser and using liverstreamer that I would be pulling the same data twice all at the same time (basically doubling bandwidth consumption). I have read a little bit about 'piping' but don't really understand how it works or how to attempt it. I'm trying to figure out what the best method for the least chance of mistakes. I would prefer giving the recording priority over the VLC playback/display of a live stream. I hope I'm explaining properly what I am attempting to ask. Please ask me for more details if I'm not explaining myself well enough. Thanks for everyone's help in the past. this forum is a great resource! |

Re: How to download stream from Yahoo Screen?Anyone here downloaded the 1080p Steven Wilson stream from Yahoo?
I'm not sure that the ones posted on youtube were real 1080p videos. |

Someone recorded the MPEG-TS stream in 1080p and uploaded it directly to YouTube. |
Re: How to download stream from Yahoo Screen? Thanks for your answer.
I've had sniffed all the possible links using URLSnooper2 for the 1080p links without success, only get the 720p links (Master m3u8), so still can't get the 1080p links for some future concerts. Quote:
