If the video is a full length movie it will never finish the download. The download will never complete more than 700k in size before it stops.
I am beginning to believe the program is still in Alpha stage and we are paying for the privilege of Alpha testing it. So far it has not been worth the money I paid for it and I need to request a refund. I will use Replay Video Capture instead. Anyone tell me what the best way to request the refund is?? Also when you register the product the receipt comes back from "Media Office" with a product support email of: support@superlogix.net So why is the support email different here than on the website? |

Subtitles (from Crunchyroll.com)Getflv was able to download the SRT (subtitle) from Crunchyroll.com but has not been able to do so for the last few versions. Would you be able to restore this function, please?
Also, how about Soompi (http://tv.soompi.com/en/home it was called kdrama.com until a few weeks ago). Can subtitle be downloaded from this website, as well? Many thanks. I do love the program. :) |

I've tried many times any it always stalls out in the same spot, where the ad starts, and won't ever resume. Any help with this? Thanks |

Capture stalls and eventually stops and recovery no longer works to continue downloading. Possibly hulu site has changed encryption. I notice the huluedgecast is no longer one of the capture streams from hulu and the fplive streams can rarely be entirely captured for movies. If anyone has other experience with this, please share. Maybe it's operator error. :( |

9.718 crashes when cursor is clicked on another programThe last couple of versions have crashed when the cursor is moved to another program. I have a dual monitor setup. The 2nd program can be on the 2nd monitor, or the same monitor. ALT TAB to go to another program also crashes the program. Also tried positioning both windows to fit in one monitor - same result. The program will ** not ** crash unless it is actively on line (i.e. not on the main page).
Happens with Crunchyroll and Youtube. Thank you for looking into this. I really am thankful as it can download (all languages) of the subtitles from Crunchyroll now but find that I can't run anything else concurrently or will crash as explained above. |

Am running Windows 8.1 64 bit with latest patches. Intel i7 960. 20 G of RAM. GTX 780. Let me see what programs I have running in the background. Symantec Endpoint Protection. Malwarebytes. (Both latest). AnyDVD HD (latest). CCleaner ("monitoring is active") and running Dragon Medical 2 (Dragon NaturallySpeaking 12.51). Dual monitor. Tried compatibility mode (to 7, and XP), still happened. However, I just downloaded version 9.719. It doesn't seem to be happening with this one. Clicked on another program and went back to GetFLV, still running. So far so good. Will report later tonight if I notice anything else. Thank you for looking into this. |

GETFLV still stalls on long Hulu movies, about 1hr +. The stall is anywhere from 60% to 80% complete. That's not the main problem. The main problem is a resume of the download could be accomplished by stopping and starting the download,and now that never works. |

I redownloaded, verified it had a different MD5 hash, and reinstalled 9.7.2.3 as recommended. Same problem manifested. I tried 2 different Hulu movies. One stalled at 78.1% and the other at 62.4%. I stopped and restarted both. Both seemed to scan the written content to determine the continuation point and then errored out. However, the second movie restarted the download on its own after about 5 minutes of no activity (I almost gave up without enough waiting). So something's behaving differently - in a good way. The second movie eventually downloaded completely. I haven't had luck with restarts in for several revs back of GETFLV. It's looking good. I'm going to try the first movie download again, in case of operator error. Aside from this problem, I think your responsiveness in creating revisions to solve GETFLV problems is impressive. Interesting. I tried downloading the first Hulu movie that failed and a third. Both stalled, I forced a restart by stop and starting them.
Both gave error results and don't seem to be recovering. After a long wait, the 2nd (last one) seems to be recovering. The 1st never recovers. See image. |

Okay, I tried to download 2 hulu movies. The first movie stalls and can never recover via stopping and starting. The second movie stalls and appears to attempt recovery but eventually just hangs. I have gotten some movie downloads to work, but it's not a reliable download or recovery process. Needless to say, recovery for Hulu movie downloads is not solid. The attached pic shows both movies. Their downloads have stalled. Recovery was attempted on both. The download recovery attempt for the 1st movie has errored and will never recover. The recovery attempt for the 2nd movie shows the movie is still attempting download, but it has hung in this state for about 10 minutes now. So I don't give it much hope of recovery. FYI |

For the Hulu download problem with movies longer than about 1 hour and unstable recovery capability. I tried to download 2 other Hulu movies with IE and Chrome engines. Downloads stalled at about 80% and recovery never worked. I waited for about 30 minutes for recovery. It seems to be an area that needs improving. Hopefully, you can resolve this and make Hulu movie downloads more solid. |

Win 7 x64 I'm trying to stream an event from WatchESPN but I'm getting an error indicating "New FP version needed for DRM module". Tried with both IE & chrome kernel. I don't get the error when opening with IE or Chrome. |
