tubedigger 4.3.2 isnt working for me for VOD. i'm not able to download any VOD, and yes I do have a registered card there.

Oh, i see, what you mean. You have to verify your credit card the first time you use your account (it doesn´t cost you anything, the 120 credits are free, it is just to approve that you are an adult). I did this with my bank account also, when i registered the account. I guess otherwise you are not able to start the preview.

Even if u registered ur account, and started the preview, nothing is working to catch it and download it.
