Ports needed to be opened in router for audio & video streaming

Hi all I built my own Windows media streaming server using server 2003, I enabled HTTP,MMS & RTSP server control protocols, when I put the stream link eg. http://myipaddress.playlistname.htm, I can only hear sound through my internal network if I go outside & put my static IP it tries to connect then locate media then nothing happens I press the play buttom again does the same then stops .. do I need some ports to be opened in my router in NAT settings although this is my NAT Configuration:

rtsp TCP+UDP 1220 10.10.10.113 1220
mms TCP+UDP 554 10.10.10.113 554
http TCP+UDP 8080 10.10.10.113 8080
remotley anywhere TCP+UDP 5900 10.101.10.113 5900
rtsp TCP+UDP 8080 10.10.10.113 8080
rtsp TCP+UDP 554 10.10.10.113 554
http TCP+UDP 80 10.10.10.113 80
mms TCP+UDP 1755 10.10.10.113 1755
https TCP+UDP 443 10.10.10.113 443
rtsp TCP+UDP 7070 10.10.10.113 7070

Re: Ports needed to be opened in router for audio & video streaming

What kind of IP address do you use?

Please note that 10.0.0.0 – 10.255.255.255, 172.16.0.0 – 172.31.255.255, 192.168.0.0 – 192.168.255.255 IP addresses are common in home and office local area networks (LANs), as globally routable addresses are scarce, expensive to obtain, or their use is not necessary. These addresses are private because they are not globally delegated, meaning they aren't allocated to a specific organization. If such a private network needs to connect to the Internet, it must use either a network address translator (NAT) gateway, or a proxy server.
