to get SD is quite simple, the problem is to get the HD streaming becuase is CBS the one that chooses the quality to bring the streaming video.
It's almost impossible to get on the webpage the HD resolution even when you know that it exists.

Do you know any way to force, by using rtmpdump, to get the HD streaming from CBS (in special the Live from Letterman performances)???
