I suspect that this question has been answered somewhere, but I've been looking without any success. It seems that questions/answers I have read bounce all around this topic, but none hit the bulls-eye. All I want right now is a method of measuring a streaming radio being played over a browser, which is not being recorded.

I just want to see how much of an effect it will have on my maximum monthly usage limit my ISP has on my account.
