librtmp.dll and ffmpeg.exe

we have a problem playing liveflash mips.tv and servers for some applications for android and serviio. the solution for rtmpdump, vlc, xbmc simpletv and the library is copy and paste librtmp.dll replacing the previous directory. I guess the problem serviio and applications in android rtmp reading failure is the same system, and I decided I decompiled some applications for android and I find that the dynamic libs are included in files with extension xxx.so that according I have said it is impossible to extract because it contains no source code. after serviio haveriguado in the library is in the file ffmpeg.exe. decompile ffmpeg which would do the job and this amended return once compiled. The problem with this is that not where to put hand, I used MinWG and I thought about using some SDK. if someone could lend a hand to compile any of these files would really appreciate it.

acontinuacion leave pages of interest on ffmpeg.exe decompile a greeting:
