Are incoming landline cell phone calls from Skype free?

I'm abroad in now, called my mom through Skype on her cell phone and landline phone. I knew it was cheap for me to call her, but I still dunno if it cost her much to receive the call. Anyone know?

Incoming calls from Skype to landline or cell phones cost the same as any other incoming landline calls.
