Help downloading video from iguitarmag, please!

Hi! I've just found about this program "RTMPdump" but I can't use it.
I'm starting to think I'm stupid!
First of all, it only works here (I'm using Windows 7) if I run it through RTMPexplorer. But that's ok!
When I try to download the video I get the message:
Warning! Trying different position for client digest!
Anyway, I tried to figure the program syntax out, without sucvess.
Orbit doesn't work either, but it gave me the following address to the video I want, that is:

rtmp://64.210.72.100:1935/ondemand?_fcs_vhost=cp49280.edgefcs.net|ondemand?_fcs_vhost=cp49280.edgefcs.net|mp4:iguitar/issue_2/177_mc_faith_neptune.flv|http://storage.iguitarmag.com/issue2/videoplayer/igvp-akamai-2.swf|http://licklibrary.ceros.com/iguitarmag/issue2/page/1/&OBT_fname=177_mc_faith_neptune.flv.flv

Does anyone here can help me with the right syntax to download it with rtmpdump?

It is beyond my comprehension the use of RTMPdump. I can't figure out the commands line.

It would be wonderful if I could find an comprehensiful tutorial somewhere in the web.
