Guide To Finding URL of Yahoo Live Stream?

Hi, I hope somebody can help me, I have FFMPEG set up to download a live stream from Yahoo but I am having a hard time getting the streams URL.

I have tried using URLSnooper 2 / BitAnalyzer /Wireshark, I can see the packets but I cant find the stream itself. I have tried filtering it for .m3u8

The event is not till next week but I have been trying it on one of the events which is currently on repeat just so I know what I am doing.

Can anyone tell me how I use one of the above to find the link? Also if there are multiple how do I know which one is the best quality?
