How to grab vids off HistoryChannel.com ?

For HistoryChannel, your best bet will be a Screen Capture tool such as Replay Video Capture

In fact, I just tested a few streams on the History Channel with RVC (mentioned above) and it worked great! :-)

screen captures are junk. i want to capture the stream and download it like get-flash-vid does. is screen capture the only way for history?
