Grab videos from Spuul.com with subtitles

Can someone please assist me in downloading videos from Spuul.com with subtitles?

I have a legal paid login account with the site and want to download the movies with subtitles and save to disk.

At times, I can download some streams using IDM, but at other times, IDM does not let me download and pops up an error stating that the stream is illegal to be downloaded.

The files are .m3u8 and .ts files. I am new to using ffmpeg and don't quite understand how to use it yet. Can someone point me to a tutorial?

Also, with IDM, I can not download subtitles. I have tried using the YouTube subtitle rip method using chrome inspect mode and looking at network logs, however, on Spuul I cannot find the subtitle file.
