Get correct stream link. Help

Could someone help me to find the correct link to download the streams from this page using rtmpdump?
After choosing a day of week the music starts.

Maybe you can use IDM (internet download manager) Download this music is very simple

Thank you for your reply. I try to use this link with rtmpdump but the mp3 downloaded il corrupted. In witch format I should download it?

With IDM instead I can download the file but the download is very slow.

Coluld you tell me how you got the correct download link?
