Free server (website) for broadcasting media files, DVD, webcam

I find veetle.com is very good webtool to broadcast media files, DVD, webcam freely.

The only big problem is when I embed the code for public view, the viewer have to install the app to watch the streaming.

I also find other website that provide streaming website such as upstream, and it allow flash streaming video, so the viewers do not need to install app. It only supports live web camera, not media files from computers.

Do you know any website that allow broadcasting streaming media videos but the viewers can watch it by flash media player when embed.
