Finding the SID of a DRM protected wmv file without license key

I have a WMV file which is DRM proectected but have no valid key for the file for reasons outside my control.

Is there a way in which I can find the SID or KID of the DRM in the file, without having a valid license key ?

Afaik all of the DRM software removal tools rely upon having a valid license key but none search for a SID/KID. Then I came across drm2wmv_e.exe which suggests that it can try to find the SID (without license key) and tried this but it reports

drm2wmv_e.exe -v "file.wmv"
DRM(Ver1&2) Conversion tool Ver 1.241 by taku
DRMv1 header object found
DRMv1 KID (nLgJ/QccjlycsBs/EqUgkw==)
DRMv2 header object found
DRMv2 KID (nLgJ/QccjlycsBs/EqUgkw==)
Searching key
No keyfiles with this KID

Error. Press <ENTER> to exit.

Is there anything further that I can do to find out the SID/KID so that I can feed this into FreeMe2.exe and ultimately watch this file ?

Re: Finding the SID of a DRM protected wmv file without license key

If you have purchased DRM-protected files legally, the you should ask your content provider how to re-acquire licenses. If your content provider is not available anymore or can't help you with re-acquiring licenses, there is nothing you can do...

p.s. If your content provider was using the same SID/KID for the WMV files, you can try to find these values in the Internet. MD5 checksum of the file may help you in this case.
