ffmpeg: Non-monotonous DTS in output stream

ffmpeg doesn't download the video correctly.
The ts file has some broken information.
Any other tool or ffmpeg options can download the full video?

Transport streams contain multiple streams, you can try splitting the stream into 3 then rejoin as a regular .mp4, .mkv is just a container format.
