Extracting EPUB from OVERDRIVE Media Console

Greetings... new to the site, thanks in advance! I'm attempting to extract an epub from my iPAD. The content was downloaded via Overdrive Console thru my local library. My iPad is JB'd on iOS6.1 and thru a 3rd party app, I've been able to locate the epub folder, however there are a number of metadata subfolders contained there, including an .OPF and an .NCX file. Is is possible to "merge" this data together via Calibre, etc? Thanks again.
