Here's what I tried:

rtmpdump -v -r "rtmp://31.220.0.195:80/live/espn22" -p "http://reytv.co" -T "%Zrey(nKa@#Z" | "C:\Program Files (x86)\VideoLAN\VLC\vlc.exe" -
