DVR REMOTE setup

pls i have a 16 ch DVR how do i connect it to the internet.. i can view it locally from the LAN but i am having problem with port forwarding, i have registered with Ddns.com, but i can only access the address from my local network when i try it outside my network it does not work, pls what should i do? thank you

I want to set up my dvr and connect to internet. How would i do it i have two network,i mean i have the main network and have a sub-network and the dvr is connceted to the subnetwork. im using linksys router on both network. i just want it to be connected thru internet. how do i set it up?
