DVR card: can't view from my home PC: connect to server failed error

Hi, I just installed my DVR card, everything was OK except the "network view" part. I did set up the port and everything that it needed, I could view it through my DVR card PC(Store) from the internet, but I can't view it with another PC(Home), it said "connect to server failed". Does anyone know why. Thanks.

Please be as detailed in your first post as possible. What type of DVR Card is it, what type of computer do you have, what operating system are you using?
