Download video from JW player

Try rtmpdump with the following script:

rtmpdump -r "rtmpe://fms03.forthnet.gr/vod" -a "vod" -y "mp4:/microsites/deste_tous/video/030512/deste_030512_lame.f4v" -o "deste_030512_lame.flv"

Download this package, and extract the files in a folder!! Then, double click on command.bat!! you will dl your vid on your own!!

Open command.bat via "Notepad" and replace this script in the batch file:

rtmpdump -r "rtmpe://fms03.forthnet.gr/vod" -a "vod" -W "http://www.alphatv.gr/AlphaTV/flvplayer/player-licensed.swf" -y "mp4:/microsites/deste_tous/video/030512/deste_030512_lame.f4v" -o "deste_030512_lame.flv"

Then save and exit!! Double click again! Will work!
