Yeah, this is an RTMPE stream so you'll need a Screen Capture tool such as Replay Video Capture, or rtmpdump as shown above by svnpenn. If you're unable to figure out rtmpdump, screen capture tools are an easy way to go with a much simpler learning curve.

I have a basic knowledge about how rtmpdump works. I downloaded some clips form mtv.com with it actually. In this case the command

I check the command just now and it is still working. Perhaps you should check your RtmpDump version.
