How to download free YouTube TV shows and free YouTube movies(http,rtmpe .flv, .mp4)

Hi, what freeware programs can I use to download free YouTube TV shows, free YouTube movies ? For example Macgyver TV episodes like this one:

Have you tried to use Jaksta Free Media Recorder, Ask & Record Toolbar, Fast Video Download, Replay Media Catcher?

Are those freeware? I am currently testing lots of freeware applications that supposedly download stuff from youtube but none of them work for the movies/shows.

Jaksta Free Media Recorder, Ask & Record Toolbar, Fast Video Download are freeware and Replay Media Catcher is free for YouTube.

I can't download free YouTube TV shows and free YouTube movies that I can't watch. But the ones that are available in my country use http:// .flv or .mp4 video streams that I can download for free using both freeware Ask & Record Toolbar and shareware Replay Media Catcher that is free for YouTube.

I've asked my friend to check it out. It seems like RTMPE protocol is used for the video. I can only suggest to use screen video capture software to record such videos.

Yes I did find that out from the page source that it is using rtmpe. I've got a good screen recording software but the problem is you have to view the entire program to get all of it.

Does anybody know how to correctly use rtmpdump in windows?
