how do u get show from hulu

i tried to use URL Snooper but i couldnt find the the rtmpe

this is an example of the show i want to extrac

I suspect that nobody knows or those who do know aren't posting guides because Hulu would find a way to block it.

Why don't you just download a 720p rip from a torrent site? "Heroes" is a popular TV show. I'm sure it's easy to find.
