creating rtmp stream

ok i am able to play the following below in my vlc player. but i want to know what i would have to do if i wanted to create a strm file from this where i can just put the link in vlc or any network player and play. or maybe even where i have a url path , play path , swf , page url etc coding to play anywhere . thank u in advance !
