Country Restriction to gen Manifest

Hello, i need help about how to bypass country restrictions, i usually got them from "hola" plugin for chrome, but i cant get it from here

Some times i use Adownloader but i've never tried the proxy option (i dont know how to use it and i haven't found any documentation, any ideas to bypass the restriction? thanks a lot.
