Command line utility mencoder can convert .rm files to .mp3 . To convert to .mp3 using Lame mp3 codec use:

You can download mencoder binaries from oss.netfarm.it/mplayer-win32.php
Codec DLLs it needs you can get from the RealPlayer directory or from
www.mplayerhq.hu download page (see essential codec pack)
If you don't like command line, get the front-end from mewig.sf.net
If you need batch conversion or/and a pleasant user interface just get a
commercial video converter like
Replay Converter. It is free to try so you don't have to buy before making an opinion about the video conversion utility.
