I was recording with CB.bat and it works fine but the problem is that it record with the highest quality so i want to know if i can control the recording quality .

May I know why do you need this? Is it just a matter of bandwidth or disk space?

As far as I know, there is no way to control the quality of RTMP stream.
However, if you record HLS streams there is a possibility to select lower quality streams in streamlink app.

If this is just a matter of wasted disk space, then it's a bit easier, you can use ffmpeg to convert your videos to lower resolution or you can change the codec to h265 (the final video should be smaller with almost no quality loss).

It is a matter of internet speed ,Coz max quality i can run smooth is 480
