How to capture gameplay using the graphic card (NVIDIA) ?


hi everyone i am kinda new here and it's realy annoying how much i searched the internet but couldnt find a proper answer.
i have an NVIDIA graphic card that comes with a cable that can recieve the component ( blue - red-green) , is there any way for me to capture and record using this only ?
what program can i use in case there is a way

Make sure your graphics card really has a video input. Most of them can output video only.

As for software, try to capture from your graphics card with freeware VirtualDub.
