can't download the entire stream, always get 2 mb's only

I tried the basic firefox downloadhelper to grab the stream, it can find the stream, but it can't download anymore than 2mb each time.

there was a topic from 2 years ago talking about downloading from the same website

I tried the software in there but the method was outdated and I couldn't replicate the same results.

does any one know why I am only getting a little portion of the file rather than the full video?
