If they are using the original Freecorder 4 on Windows 7 or Vista and don't have a recording line to enable, then they will not be able to record audio using the sound card. This is common with many systems. Using one of our newer audio recorders with the specialized driver resolves this problem. They are as follows: Freecorder 4, Replay AV 8 and Replay Music. And if you need to record video with audio, our Replay Video Capture can do this for you.
